Leandro Pisaroni is Kalei鈥檚 General Partner leading operations and deal sourcing. He contributes with his investment experience in early-stage technological startups, as well as his extensive knowledge and networks with LAC founders. Leandro Pisaroni is Kalei's General Partner, with a wealth of experience in investments in early stage technology startups, as well as his extensive knowledge and networks with Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) founders. He was the Fund Manager and Operations Director at Incutex Company Builders in Argentina, where he helped build and scale several successful technology startups.
Leandro is also an active member of the entrepreneurship community, serving as Ambassador for ASEA, an association that aims to promote entrepreneurship in Argentina; and as Venture Partner for Republic. He was an active contributor to Shaper Impact Capital, a platform for impact investment by young global leaders.
As a Global Shaper selected by the World Economic Forum, Leandro led projects on gender equality, STEM entrepreneurship and the Fourth Industrial Revolution, demonstrating his commitment to building a sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystem. With a background as an Industrial Engineer (UTN FRC), Leandro has the ability to combine his technical knowledge with his business experience to help startups grow and reach their full potential.

Leandro es co-fundador y director (General Partner) de Kalei Ventures, un fondo de capital de riesgo con foco en startups tecnol贸gicas de Am茅rica Latina. En este rol lidera las operaciones del fondo y la b煤squeda de oportunidades de inversi贸n en la regi贸n.
Kalei Ventures es un fondo con presencia en Argentina y en Silicon Valley, que gestiona USD 12 millones. Su enfoque est谩 en invertir en etapas tempranas en emprendimientos con potencial global, especialmente en soluciones de Inteligencia Artificial.
Kalei ha invertido en startups como Moova, Nilus, Remitee, Elery, CURADOR AI, belo, Wibond, Mudango, Hunty, Suplio, Mudafy y Wuru, entre otras, desde el 2019 hasta la actualidad. Kalei ha invertido en total en 25 empresas en Argentina, Brasil, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Per煤 y USA.
