Natasha Ibarra is the Platform Manager at Kalei Ventures, where she supports value creation for portfolio startups and manages operational and branding strategies. She is a member of WeInvest Latam, VC Platform Community, Women in VC, and Emerging VC Fellows. Natasha is also a professor at Siglo 21 University, teaching Entrepreneurial Development. With a background in International Relations and ongoing studies in Science, Technology, and Innovation, she is dedicated to fostering innovation and building strong startup ecosystems across the Americas.

Natasha Ibarra is the Platform Manager at Kalei Ventures, a venture capital fund focused on early-stage Latin American startups. In her role, Natasha supports the development of the fund’s value proposition, branding strategy, and operational management, while also overseeing partnerships and designing programs to strengthen the tech-entrepreneur ecosystem.
Natasha is a member of multiple influential communities, including WeInvest Latam, Women in VC, VC Platform Community, and Emerging VC Fellows, all of which support diversity and collaboration in the investment space. In addition to her work in venture capital, Natasha is a Professor of Entrepreneurial Development at Siglo 21 University, where she teaches entrepreneurial skills.
Her academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Siglo 21 University, a Diploma in Business Management, and a Diploma in Open Innovation from UTN. She is a drop-out studet of the Master’s degree in Science, Technology, and Innovation from the National University of Quilmes (thesis pending), and the Specialization in Corporate Finance and Capital Markets at Siglo 21 University (thesis pending).
Natasha has also co-founded Biotec Córdoba, a project aimed at strengthening the biotechnological ecosystem in Córdoba, and has held leadership roles in various educational and scientific initiatives. Recognized for her innovative contributions, she was named Outstanding Youth for Social Transformation in Córdoba and Innovative Youth in 2021.
